Approved Registration Groups

We provide supports and services within our approved registration groups, ensuring participants receive safe, appropriate and quality-focused support tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Daily Tasks / Shared Living

Support with everyday household and living activities in a shared living environment. This may include meal preparation, cleaning, personal routines, household responsibilities and developing greater independence.

Innovative Community Participation

Individualised support that helps participants explore new interests, build confidence and engage in meaningful activities within their local community. Supports can include social activities, recreation, volunteering, education and community events.

Household Tasks

Practical assistance with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable home. This can include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping and other essential household tasks.

Specialist Supported Employment

Individualised support to help participants find, obtain and maintain suitable employment. We can assist with developing workplace skills, building confidence, preparing for employment and supporting successful participation in the workplace.

Group / Centre-Based Activities

Structured group activities delivered in a centre or community setting. Participants can develop social connections, independence and practical skills while taking part in recreational, educational, creative and community-based activities.

Assist – Travel / Transport

Support with travelling safely and confidently to appointments, work, education, community activities and other destinations. Assistance may include travel training and transport support, depending on individual needs and plan funding.

Participate in Community

Support to participate in everyday community life and pursue activities that are meaningful to you. This may include attending social events, visiting local facilities, participating in recreational activities, shopping or connecting with community groups.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Support for people who want to live as independently as possible while receiving assistance with their daily living needs. Support may include household routines, personal development, meal preparation, medication routines and building independent living skills.

Assist – Access / Maintain Employment

Support to access and maintain employment by developing workplace skills, confidence and routines. Assistance can include adapting to workplace environments, managing work-related tasks and maintaining positive participation at work.

Assist – Life Stage, Transition

Support during important life changes and transitions. This may include moving from school to employment, moving into a new home, developing greater independence or adjusting to significant changes in daily life.

Assist – Personal Activities

Individual support with personal and everyday activities based on each participant's needs and preferences. This may include assistance with personal care, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility and maintaining daily routines.
